Industrial Bank of Korea Chairman and CEO Chang Min-young (eighth from left), IBK Vietnam General Director Park Kyung-il (far right), State Bank of Vietnam Deputy Gov. The Korean lender established the subsidiary as Vietnam’s 10th wholly foreign-owned bank following a nine-year approval process.
